Refund policy

Return Policy:
We accept returns under specific conditions:
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of placing your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Returns will only be accepted if the item is undamaged (unless it was defective or incorrect).

Return Process:
Please fill in the form above and mention your name and order number. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. damaged goods, incorrect delivery).

Refund: 
We will inspect the goods upon return to check their original state, and refund your payment directly into your account, which you used to place the order. This is an automated system, we are not able to refund to other bank accounts or use other payment methods to make this refund.
